The YWCA of Palestine Signs a Partnership Agreement with JUZOOR for Health and Social Development
The YWCA of Palestine signed a partnership agreement with JUZOOR for Health and Social Development to organize summer camps for children in Gaza with aim of providing psychological support in light of the latest Israeli attack in May 2021 and the ongoing siege. The agreement was signed by the General Secretary of the YWCA of Palestine Amal Tarazi and the Director of JUZOOR Umaiyeh Khammash in a meeting that was attended by representatives of both organizations. The summer camps included different educational and recreational activities, which sought to empower the children of Gaza and support their mental and psychological well-being, thus create a better future for them. Tarazi emphasized the importance of the agreement noting that both parties strive to achieve a number of joint strategic goals, including providing protection for children and adolescents. Khammash expressed his joy over the partnership and thanked all donors for their financial and moral support, which contributes to the success of the projects and activities.
