Rabab Musleh holds a BA in Occupational Therapy from Bethlehem University and currently works as a therapist at Lifegate Rehabilitation in Beit Jala.
She joined the YWCA in Bethlehem as a founding board member. She played an important role in attracting youth to the association. She was elected as a board member of the YWCA of Palestine in 2016,then as a head for the board of Bethlehem association.
She was also elected as Vice president for the General Union of Associations in Palestine by the end of November 2022
