Queen Masoud holds a BA in Accounting and Finance, and an Executive Master's of Business Administration from Birzeit University. Having worked for eleven years at Bank of Palestine, where she climbed the career ladder to obtain the position of Sub-Branch Manager, she has extensive experience in banking management and has moved to work at Al Quds Bank as Manager of Central Area Branches since the year of 2020. Masoud joined the YWCA of Palestine at a young age taking part and volunteering in many community-based activities and events. She has represented the association in several international forums including four World YWCA Council meetings. She also had the opportunity to be part of the Peace and Justice Task Force, a committee dedicated to empowering young people to be agents of change and work together towards achieving peace with justice around the world.
